Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to tell us that you wish to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging where applicable. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For ordinary returns where you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exceptions

Certain items may not be returnable where an exception to your statutory cancellation rights applies, such as personalised or made-to-order goods. Please contact us if you have any questions about a particular item.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items may be returned in accordance with this policy where you have a legal right to cancel or return the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Where applicable, refunds will be made in accordance with your statutory rights.
